Bareboat Whitsunday Sailing
Bareboat sailing means a charter boat with friends or family
as crew - and is every bit as easy as it looks - even
for people who have never handled a boat before.
Navigation is easy, even for beginners, because of the
close proximity of so many islands. Find anchorages at
totally uninhabited islands and inlets or experience the
glamour of the many resorts at your disposal. A great way to sail the Whitsundays in style! |

At the
Whitsunday Sailing Central Reservation Centre, our friendly and professional staff performs daily scours of the entire boat fleet, searching out for the latest deals and vessel
available. So save yourself the ring-a-round
and let us do the job for you. We live here, we
know the deals and our commitment is to locate
the best price and vessel to suite your
requirements.
Prices are seasonal and range from $350 depending
on the vessel. Charters are normally a 5 night minimum
unless a standby (within 2 weeks) is available. |

It
is important to note that when sailing the Whitsundays, all charters are
subject to Marine and National Park entry fees,
Government taxes and Administration Fees.
Please note there is a fee levied
on all passengers to cover park entry fees and administration
costs. The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority
and Queensland Parks and Wildlife charge fees for
entry into the Marine and National Parks. The overall
fee includes these costs and administrative costs.
These are subject to change and are payable either
at check-in or upon boarding. At the time of printing
a total fee of $9 per full day is recommended by
the Whitsunday Charter Boat Industry Association
to cover these costs and includes EMC (Environmental
Management Charge or Reef Tax) of $4.50 per day,
Commercial Activity Permit Fee of $1.30 per day,
Administration Fees of $2.90 per day plus GST. |
